Terms of Service

Services are provided by [Confirm: legal operator name], trading as Elopre Digital Studios. If anything in your agreed quote differs from these terms, the quote takes priority.

Prices shown on our website are indicative starting points. Your final price is agreed in writing before work begins and depends on scope, content, functionality and integrations.

We ask for a deposit of [Confirm: deposit, e.g. 50% upfront], with the balance due [Confirm: e.g. before launch]. Invoices are payable within [Confirm: payment terms in days].

You agree to provide content, images, access and feedback in good time, and confirm you have the right to use anything you supply. Delays in materials may move agreed dates.

Your quote includes the rounds of revisions agreed. Further changes or new requirements will be quoted separately before we proceed.

Domains, hosting, paid plugins and other external services are not included unless stated in your quote, and are subject to their providers' own terms.

Once paid in full, you own the finished website and the content created for it. We will only show your project in our portfolio with your permission.

A free preview is a limited, non-production homepage concept offered at our discretion. It is not a complete website and creates no obligation to buy. Preview designs may not be used without an agreed project.

Introductory rates apply to our first eligible founding-client projects only and may be withdrawn at any time once those places are filled. They are never conditional on a review or testimonial.

Care plans cover the routine work described in your plan. Unused time does not roll over unless agreed. New pages, redesigns, complex changes and integrations are quoted separately. Response targets are not guaranteed resolution times. Notice period to cancel a plan: [Confirm: cancellation notice period]. Response targets: [Confirm: Care and Care+ response targets].

The referral programme is not yet live. Before launch these terms will confirm the details below.

A qualifying referral is a genuinely new customer, recorded before they sign their project agreement, who signs an eligible project and pays the required amount, with payment cleared and any cancellation or refund period passed. Self-referrals, duplicates and fraudulent entries are excluded. One reward is paid per new customer; there are no rewards for indirect referrals.

We may amend or close the programme with reasonable notice; qualifying referrals made before a change will be honoured.

We take care to deliver work to a professional standard, but we cannot guarantee specific sales, enquiries or search rankings. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the project, except where the law does not allow this.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
